Ką reiškia "DAUGELIS gyventojų investuoja į nekilnojamąjį turtą..."
Koks procentas lietuvių yra investavę, turiu omenyje, - tą investavimo prasmę, -
kokia yra minima straipsnyje, tai yra,-
NT įsigijimą tam kad jį nuomoti, o ne - patiems gyventi?
Kiek žmonių Lietuvoje turi antrąjį - bent kažkokį tai - NT objektą, apskritai?
Tam kad sakyti "DAUGUMA" - tas - "pasiturinčių" lietuvių - kiekis turėtų sudaryti bent 51%.
Nagi nagi? Ar tik - ne per daug skambiai žurnalistai bus pasisakę?
Nes skurdo kamuojamoje Lietuvoje - 90% lietuvių - džiaugiasi, -
jog turi nuosavą stogą virš galvos, -
o apie antrą būstą - nuomai ar sau - tegali pasvajoti.

manau skurdziu tik kokie 5 procentai, nes tie vaizduojami kiti skurdziai bankuose solidzias saskaitas turi, po kelis butus LT ar kitur, bet zinoma daugelis ne savo vardu. Daugelis pasiturinciu turi po kelis butus LT, o dar ir kituose salyse, todel zurnalistai teisus rasydami "Daugelis". Kiek zinau ir dabar tie vadinami skurdziai issiregistruoja is nuosavu namu, palikdami pensininkus tevus, kad tik gauti kompensacijas uz sildyma. Tai apie ka kalbame:).

is savo pazistamu tai laaabai gerai gyvena biurokrtai, vienas, absoliuciai kiek pazistu, tai butas nuomai, tai keli butai nuomai, tai sodyba kokia nuomai,,,tikrai, o darbai pas juos neypsudingi, 1700-2700 eur i rankas...arba geras verslininkas turi taip pat NT, bet geras verslininkas dauguma investuoja i imone ir sau gerove (palangoje NT, ar panasiai kur, pirtys, jachtos ir t.t.). Bet jau kaip ir minejau is pazistamu, ne draugu, o pazistamu, daugiausia NT nuomai ir visokiu sodybu ir pan, per boking turi biurokratai. tikrai jie nera vargsai...nes gauna algas+maistpinigiai+butpinigiai+komandiruotpinigiai+auto nuomai+is i darbo islaidos+ ir t.t. o tai y algas neysiskaito, ir laaabai jie megsta dejuoti per TV ir spauda kokie jie vargsai...

Teisingai rašo Gediminas. Tikrai nedaugelis investuoja, neturi iš ko. Žiniasklaida seniai pamėgo išpūsti bet kokį reikalą, atseit visa Lietuva nuomuoja, visa Lietuva kažkur "plūsta" (į kokį nors provincijos muziejų ar dėvėtų drabužių parduotuvę, ar kebabinę), kad jaustumeis atsilikęs, lyg tu vienintelis dar to nedarai. Žiniasklaidojs priemonėse dirba jauni kopūstgalviai ir kopūstgalvės, rašo daug negalvodami. Galų gale, ne visi yra verslininkai iš prigimties. Aš gyvenu pakankamai neblogai, bet nuoma užsiimti nenorėčiau, labai daug streso, be to, saugau savo daiktus, nuosavybę, man tikrai ne tas pats, kas gyventų mano bute, net jei specialiai pirktame nuomai. Gali kažkas pasinuomuoti kelis mėnesius ir dingti, o paskui remontuosi butą vos ne už naujo kainą. Kam man tai.
