Tokio gryno kaip vitaminas D nėra,yra xemijos produktas kaip maisto papildas ir parduodamas pagal gaminio stiprumą o jei visa teisybę pasakius jis ir padeda ir kaip xemijos produktas kenkia sveikatai bet saulės spindulių nepasigaminsi o ką kaimynai šnabždasi išgirsti norisi.....

Mašina aš tai klausau ,slojika priglaudžiu prie kaimyno sienos ir klausau,smagei klausau, šnabždasi reiškia vitamino D turi prisislepe turi.....

Ką jus dar sugalvosite kokių nesąmonių.Jau neviena kartą rašot tas nesąmones apie vitamina D.Tai nuovargis gali būt jei jo trūkumas,o dabar spengimas ausyse.Baikit juokinti žmones.Klausimas,kiek jums moka už reklamą?
Nejuokinkit su kvailais gąsdinimais - musės nėra šiukšlynų priežastis - correlation is NOT causation...
Spengimas ausyse jei nespėjai po pasireiškimo pradėti vartoti plečiančių vaistų toliau gali žemę užpakaliu badyt bus liga iki gyvenimo pabaigos.Aš viską išbandžiau bet ausyse groja 12 metų.Todėl išmečiau iš galvos tą bėdą su ja gyvenu toliau.

Labai gerai parašėt apie magnį. Bet rašykit teisingai - ne vitaminas D - hormonas. Tai yra labai svarbus steroidinis hormonas. Magnis, geležis ir baltymai reikalingi įsisavinimui, o K2 taip pat yra kofaktorius. Tepamas ant odos D irgi neblogai įsisavina (su riebalu)
Visur skalambijo, kad degintis pavojinga, o cia dabar mat D trukumas, nes saules organizmas negauna:))). Pastoviai deginuosi, bet vistiek spengia ir dar priedu magni geriu. Vaiku pasakas seka.

Jeigu tamsta bent pasidomėtų biochemijos pradmenimis, suprastų gal, kad medicina ir biologija yra mokslai, kurių žmonės turbūt niekada iki galo neišgvildens, nes mes gyvi milijonų procesų dėka, vykstančių tuopat metu. Paskaitykite, viršuj parašiau apie hormono D įsisavinimą. Galėčiau rašyti ir rašyti, bet esmė tame, kad niekas nėra paprasta. Paprasta tik kol nesigilini

Visiškai visiems, kas besitrintų - labai didelis vitamino D trūkumas. Tai gal normos sugalvotos nesąmoningos, nes jei tūkstančius metų tiek nebuvo, kodėl dabar staiga prireikė?
