Deja, nieko naudingo iš to straipsnio. Gerais patarimais ir pragaras grįstas.... Kiekvienas žmogus yra individualus ir jokie patarimai negalioja kitiems visu šimtu procentų. Žmogus turi pats rasti savo gyvenimo receptą ir tempą; galu gale taip ir būna. Veikia daug dedamųjų- ir genetika, paveldėjimas, maitinimosi įpročiai, gyvenimo būdas ir tikslas, net pasirinkta profesija.... kas ir lemia galutinį rezultatą. Ir gyventi ilgiau - nėra vienintelis žmogaus gyvenimo tikslas. Žinom daug žmonių, kurie daug nuveikė gyvenime nesulaukę senatvės; gal ta veikla ir buvo jų gyvenimo tikslas ir užduotis? Taigi.....
