Štai pasninkas, kokio aš noriu: nuimti neteisėtai uždėtus pančius,
atrišti jungo valkčius,
duoti laisvę pavergtiesiems,
sulaužyti bet kokį jungą,
dalytis su alkstančiu savo duona,
priglausti pastogėn vargšą ir benamį,
aprengti, ką pamačius, nuogą,
neatsukti nugaros saviesiems.
Tada tartum aušra užtekės tavo šviesa,
ir tavo žaizda bus greitai užgydyta.
Tavo teisumas žengs pirma tavęs,
o VIEŠPATIES šlovė lydės iš paskos.
Tada šauksiesi, ir VIEŠPATS atsilieps,

Pas mus tikinčiųjų, tipo, yra tokiu, kad net nežino kas yra Sv. Velykos, kas yra Sv. Kaledos, jiems tos sventes asocijuojasi su PC sventemis, pilvo maistu priimsime, apsirijimu ir prisigeria. Manau pirma sita dalyka jau reikia aiškinti ir ypac tiems kurie pries Sv Kuciu vakarienę sulapnojq vista, degtines dar išgeria o po to Seda prie stalo valgyti Sv. Kūčių maisto. Ir tokiu daug yra buvusiu komuniagu kurie staiga tapo tikinčiaisiais it patriotais.

Geriausias pasninkas žmogui yra ne mėsos nevalgymas tomis tikromis dienomis. Bet geriausias pasninkas žmogui, kai jis nustoja (atsisako) ėsti kitą žmogų. P.S ėsti, tai ne valgyti žmogiena, o tai reiškia, kad nustotų koneveikti, pyktį, apkalbinėti, žmeižti, meluoti, vartoti žmogaus adresą keiksmažodžius. Štai geriausias pasninkas. Kas turi pykti (širdies būsena) ant kito žmogaus, nepriklausomai nuo metų laiko ir jei jis pradeda laikyti pasninko, bet savo artimui ir priešui neatleidžia ir neužmiršta senų skriaudų (neteisingumo), tai jo pasninkas nieko nereiškia.

Būna dienų zmonems kad jie ir taip nevalgo mėsos nes neperka geriau mylėkite vieni kitus ,o ne apkalbėkime sueje i baznycia kaip kuris apsirengęs ar ne taip meldžiasi nereikia nei bažnyčios galima ir namuose ramei pasimelsti.
