Kai nebuvo sankcijų, gerdavau tikras su minkštimu, tokios tirštos mėlynių sultis su vitaminais , kurių buvo vienoje parduotuveje. Tikrai geras gerinimas.

Mėlynių uogas geriau valgyti, su pienu, tai vitaminų ir oksidantu daugiau, negu spausti sultis, padeda regėjimui,virškinimui, tik nereikia padauginti. Viskam reikia saiko, norint sumažinti cukrų debetininkams, nuo 9val-11val. Nieko nevalgyti ir negerti, nes kasa gamina insuliną. Tai žmogaus vidinio laikrodžio bioritmai, kiekvienas organas turi savo laiką.

Geriau jau vienas valgyti, o ne su pienu, nes ne visi toleruoja laktozę. Pienas nuo rūgšties sugižta.

Neseniai skaiciau, kad gerti sultis nenaudinga ir neapsimoka. Reikia valgyti visą uogą, iš to dešimteriopai daugiau naudos!
